Wrestlemania 17 DVD, OOP?

I really liked this WM and when I went over to Amazon I saw it was going for at least $63.00!!!

Is it OOP and are there any plans to re-release it?

Yeah, WM17 is OOP I believe... along with WM 15 & WM16. WM18 is getting hard to find now too! I still see 19 & 20 in the stores occasionally. I have not heard of any plans for rerelease and knowing the WWE they probably never will. Royal Rumble 2000 is OOP and pricey too.

They all have WWF scratch logos everywhere, so they are out of print and most likely never to see a new release. Well, if they did, everything would be blurred.

Yea they're OOP and as mentioned it has to do with the scratch logo.

I have WM 15-18 on DVD, along with 19 and 20. I have 21 on pre order at DDD for $16.

This Friday I'm getting the WM16 cover autographed by Mick Foley. Will post pics when I do.

Royal Rumble 2000 thru 2002 are also rare and OOP. I managed to get 2001 and 2002 for $14 each (with shipping) on ebay.

psst, if you want WM18 with no insert for (relatively) cheap, check http://www.highspots.com/www/stores_...3&Item_ID=9095

I always keep an eye out for a decent priced WM 15-17 on ebay but the amount of bootleg/homemade copies is getting crazy.

Wish I could put these up on ebay without fearing ebay bans

I loved this PPV. At the local used dvd trade in place, I picked up 15,16,17, and 19 for a grand total of $38 and this was only about 4 months ago. These were like brand new, Go hunting you may find them and many other OOP WWF titles.

Most OOP WWE/WWF DVDs aren't worth much. Besides the WM and RR almost all can be had for cheap

Very true. I have been finding lots of them at local wherehouse stores, but I've yet to find a WM or RR there.

Ebay for wrestling merch sucks. I just sold a WM X-7 on ebay and of course the teenaged bidder decided not to pay. Anyway, I second the love for highspots.com. Mike provides excellent service.

Wrestlemania 17 is going for so much money now. I'm so glad I bought it abot a year ago for 20 bucks brand new. Now on amazon the lowest price is 70 bucks and thats for a used copy.

What really makes this sad is that it was about the time they changed their name to WWE that the product started to royally suck! Basically, it seems that all of the great quality shows they put out circa 98-01 is going to be OOP.

The reason has a lot to do with the scratch logo.

Sad about Matt Hardy. They could have moved him to SD so he wouldn't be in the same building as Edge!

Luckily I met him a couple of months ago and got some autographs of him. He's a great guy. Here's what I got signed:

cover of a WWF magazine
cover of a WWF RAW magazine
RA9 figure
Team Xtreme figures 3 pack (with Lita autograph)
Hardy Boys Leap of Faith DVD (personalized)
