is today the release date for primer? several sites/threads have today listed and in other places 4/19 is listed.

I originally had it listed as coming out today, but heard that it was, in fact, pushed back to 4/19.

Just posting here to offer a strong recommendation to anybody reading. Saw a screening of this film with writer/director Shane Carruth doing a Q&A afterwards, and I've been anticipating the DVD ever since (because this movie, for most people, is definitely one that requires a couple viewings). It'll be well worth a rent, at least.

I just saw it last night for the first time and now I can't wait for the DVD so I can watch it again.

Heh, I've had that "can't wait" mentality since right around last September. Damn studios, taking their sweet time with the DVD. :-|

Under normal circumstances it would come out today, but it's been pushed forward to yesterday.

DDD has an ad on top of this very site saying the 5th "buy now!" and all that. hmmmm

Release date got pushed back to 05/19. This has been on my radar for some time. I'm really looking at getting my hands on it.

Best B*y information indicates a release date of 4/29.

Yeah it was delayed until 4.19

Mine shipped today from Columbia house.
