yes, a little item from today's NY Times:
"Paramount expects to release yet another "Titanic" DVD edition on Oct. 26, produced by Jon Landau, this time with "the most complete body of work completed for a movie," including more than 30 deleted scenes, a one-hour documentary by the director James Cameron, and an alternate ending. A Paramount spokeswoman declined to say how many DVD's will be shipped, but said that the studio had "enormous expectations" for it.
No word yet on whether Jack lives."
