A brief review of Halle Berry's "Catwoman"
I must admit this film is better than I expected. I overlooked this film because of the negative reviews I have heard about before. Now I am going to change it. The film is Ok to be watched and even, in my opinion, it is better than spider-man 2. The plot is quite simple, predictable and no twist but it is fast-paced and concentrated. There are few redundant segments to make you feel bored. The action is good enough. Halle Berry perfectly fitted into her role. The catwoman she played looked very smart and sexy. I really love her cat-like walking with her swinging,big hip. Her costume is also terrific. It was the first time I saw Sharon Stone again on the screen since "Basic Instinct". Sadly she looked so old and unattractive that I deeply doubt if she can be competent in the future film "Basic Instinct 2".
PS. The mark of "CATWOMAN" in IMBD is terribly low:

3.4 out of 10? Wow, you are really to kind. I would say it's a -90 out of 10 terrible terrible movie that should have a different title.

uh, sharon stone made Martin Scorsese's "Casino" after she did "Basic Instinct." In fact, she was nominated for a Best Actress Oscar for it. She was also the female gunslinger in Sam Raimi's "The Quick and the Dead," a somewhat underrated film where she went head to head with Gene Hackman.

when i flew on Continental last week, they showed this movie... it was pretty bad.. the story made no sense (why was she chosen to be a "catwoman"), acting was crappy, action scenes were bad... 3.4 out of 10 on IMDB.. that sounds about right
