I'm probably gonna get crap...Iron Maiden cover band related
I've known about this all girl Iron Maiden tribute band for about year now but I've never heard them or seen them perform. Well I just checked their "MEDIA/DEMO" page and I have to say that they're really good. In fact, it appears Iron Maiden approves of them too judging by the pics of them backstage with Maiden last year and this year. Anyway, I think they're great.

There's a bunch of all female cover bands out there. I know AC/DC has a few of them alone (Hells Belles and AC/Dshe; both of which are great. I like AC/Dshe better though... they're all about Bon Scott).

YES! Finally, an answer to a question I asked about back here in April!
I guess I didn't think it warranted a thread of it's own, so I just asked about them in a thread about another "more than a typical cover band"....Beatallica.
Anywho...glad to hear that they're actually damn decent, if not better...still haven't heard any of their stuff.
Damn my TRS-80 and it's limitations! Damn you 1200 baud!

I saw them at a club in LA--super fun show. They seemed to be quite talented and they are really into it. They headlined a bill along with both Black Sabbath and Queensryche tribute bands. The Maidens were far and away the best and most fun part of the show.
If you can't crack a smile and have a good time when Bruce Chickinson is belting out "The Trooper", then I weep for you.

There are a bunch of other all-female tribute bands out there -- Cheap Chick, Mistress of Reality, Zep'Tepi... AC/DC seems to inspire the most: AC/DShe, Whole Lotta Rosies, Hell's Belles, and ThundHerStruck, to name at least a few.

Yeah that's cool. But just to clarify, I didn't post just because they're chicks. I mean it's cool, but the bottom line is the fact that they're damn good.
