It's $20...I think you can afford it. Or use a Gamer's Gift Card at Best Buy and get it for $15

Gamer's Gift Card is the way to go.

You should check the video game forum or CheapAssGamer.com for video game deals

There no forum specially for game deals.

There is a videogame talk but that's what they do only talk about video games and not about game deals.

The new Gamer Gift cards are flourescent green and at my store at kept in the game section, I think by some peripherals. The new cards have a $5 off any game or peripheral $19.99 or more coupon with an expiration date of 12/31/05, so go ahead and buy several. I buy a couple every time I'm in the store.

The cards are free. They're gift cards. Put $5 or $1 or any amount on the card, use the coupon and buy the game with the card you just bought.

Really this thread should be in the Video Game forum, though.

I do it all the time. Tell the cashier you're going to make two purchases. With the first, put $5 of the card. With the second, use the $5 coupon and the $5 value of the card. Pay another $10 = tax and get your game. Life is good.

If you have to put money on the gift card, how does that make it free? I know it's probably something really simple which I'm just not understanding right now

You get the money back when you buy the game. So technically the card is free.
