I don't even really understand what you have to do to earn points to get systems and games. Has anyone used them before??

yeah, I did it for dvds. There is a whole sub forum under dvd clubs for these. I did it when the just came out. What you do is do offers (columbia house, sign up for clubs, ect) that may have a minimal cost up front, but get real exspensive real quick. Cancle them after you get your points. I guess alot of people are still owed games and systems from over a year ago, so take that as you will. two years ago, it was great, but those days are gone.

Yes I've gotten a bunch of free dvd's and video games from the site by doing offers. But that was last year and the free_____.com sites aren't as good as they used to be. Many of the really easy offers are gone, and many offers have lowered in points, while points cost of games and dvd's has gone up. Still worth it, you could probably get a couple games out of it at least.

There is actually a forum in the dvd bargains section of dvd talk that talks of these sites.

I was one of the first people that started doing that way back when there wasnt a forum for it yet. All we had was a 1000+ post FAQ on it.

I have no idea how the sites are now, but when I stopped doing it, I stopped because they had become too much of a hassle and it wasnt worth it anymore. They were starting to take forever to ship orders for some people and I just did not want to deal with that.

However, I cant complain, in the 4 or 5 months I did it for, I did get about $1,400+ worth of games, dvds, and gift certificates for around $200.
