OXM demo disk #36 (Oct)
Hello all, just got this today,but have not had time to play it.....here is what we got:

The silent hill demo is fairly extensive. I couldn't be bothered to play Def jam though. Blinx is shaping up nicely although they seem to have changed the tone a bit to appeal to a younger audience than the first one. Galleon is allright... not as good as I thought it would be (3 years ago). Second Sight is awesome - really excited for that one. The Brothers in Arms video is great. Fight Club looks like shit. Alot of this disc was from E3... how much longer are they gonna milk that?

So far I've only played Silent Hill - found it good but not great.
For those of you who are still buying the magazine in stores, you may want to think about getting a subscription through one of the Ebay sellers(or 'Ebay stores'). None of the subscriptions that you can buy on Ebay come with the demo discs, but you can call the magazine's publisher directly and add them on for $1 an issue.
I bought a 3 year subscription renewal today for $12, and once I add on the demos ($36 for the 3 years), I'll have paid $1.33 an issue. To find the Ebay stores just search normally for the magazine then scroll to the bottom of the page. Currently there's a 1 year sub for $6, 2 years for $10 or $12 or 3 years for $12 or $13. Good luck!
