Does anyone have any recomendations for a DVD player that plays both DVD+R/W and DVD-R/W? At my company, we have both and I need the flexibility.

I would recommend the Pioneer 563a. It's a true universal player, it plays -R, +R (and RW), DVD-A, PAL, VCD, etc etc. I picked it up from Circuit City for $140. I do think the new model might be out, but I don't know the model number.

I bought a cheapie (AMW V101 for $30) and its played everything I've I thrown at it (including +R/W and -R/W). I'd recommend checking http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers for what media different players can handle.
