All of a sudden tonight when I was changing the channel, instead of the TV light flashing, the 2 buttons next to it, the VTR and DBS/Cable buttons started flashing. How do I fix this?
The 2 lighted buttons stop flashing after a while but when I press channel up or down, nothing happens and they start flashing again. Did I somehow screw up the programming code? How can I fix this?

Does anyone have a Sony KV 27-S25 TV or a RM-Y136 remote or know a site that I can get more help?

I've actually bought more than one replacement remote on ebay. Type in the make and model and do a search, see what you can find....
