Well seeing as to how I own all those songs already, I will not be picking this up. All their albums are worth it, not a single bad song. In other words, their albums are all best ofs.

It's a good way for people to get into them though. So no reason for anyone to not be Pixies fan now, unless you don't like to ROCK!

I too already own all their albums and a couple of boots, but it's definitely a great song selection for novices (who will then have to go buy all the albums if you're converted).

Is that a wish, or is this confirmed?

Actually, I'm fairly sure that they weren't actually remastered at all. They were just rereleases, but on 4AD, instead of Elektra.

Yeah, but I'm certain the tracks on this one are the remastered ones. Plus it's a better and longer song selection.

Yeah, it was called Death to The Pixies: 1988-1991. And it was a two disc collection, with disc two being a live concert. It was the first Pixies album I bought. The song choice was kind of weak on disc one, but disc two is a pretty good concert.

my main problem with the full albums is that they are so short, i personally think 30 somethin mins for a full album at 20 bucks is too much.

oh and i bought the wave of mutilation cd today. I really like them so far, and i am only about 4 songs in/

Where do you buy your CDs, man? Go through Columbia House or BMG. Each CD costs about $4. It's the way to go.

I payed no more than 13 bucks for each Pixies CD, and I've listened to them so much I would've payed 20 easily.

Rypro, if you really like them your just going be getting their albums.

Oh I'm sorry. Last time I was in the club (a few months ago) they had everything.

You can find CDs for less than $20 out there. I think I've seen them for $10ish on Amazon. Used CD stores are helpful too.
