What is the best car chase ever?

Sorry if this has been brought up before, I'm still kinda new at this.

A friend of mine was commenting on Matrix Reloaded and stated that the freeway chase was the best ever.

While I thought it was definitely exciting, it didn' compare with the chase in Bullitt. Real cars and real people blow away CGI any day.

What's everyone else's thoughts on the best car chase?

i've always been a bit partial to the Rock. Matrix Reloaded was definately some good eye candy though.

I liked the brief car chase in GoldenEye.
I also seem to remember a decent car chase in that bad movie, Fled.

Ronin had a great one. The Rock's chase scene was also pretty damn good.

The car chase in the Man Who Knew Too Little was pretty funny.

My absolute favorite would be the Die Hard 3 chases. Well, were those really chases? I guess they were chasing the destination. Anyways, my favorite part was when it's raining, and they're chasing the black Dodge Ram. Lots'a cursing, shooting, destruction, and was still slightly humorous. Pure excitement.

Matrix Revolutions...pitch perfect right up until the 18-wheeler explodes. Ugh.

The Bad Boys II one was cool, but not on part with The Rock's. And maybe even a little too over-the-top and unbelievable for a Bad Boys movie.

And, for good measure, I have to add The French Connection's chase.

I've always really enjoyed the chase in the original Gone in 60 Seconds.
