My History of Soccer set has 2 disc# 2

I bought that at the last DDD big sale but just got around to watching it and just noticed that my boxset has 2 disc#2 and no disc#3. Crap

Did this happen to anyone else?

Crap, DDD wants me to send the whole set back...

Thank you for contacting DeepDiscountDVD.com!

Unfortunately the manufacturer will want the entire set back as it is easier to do this than tear sets apart and end up with a bigger mess as we are unable to re wrap once the set is opened.
Errr... don't they get that whether I send the whole set or just 1 disc, that the end result is the same???

Scenario 1: I send the whole set. They then send my open set with discs numbered "1 2 2 3 4 5 6&7" to the manufacturer.

Scenario 2: I only send my "extra" disc#2. They open a set and send me disc#3. When they receive my disc, they stick that in the set they opened and end up with the exact same thing as above...

That really sucks, man. I got the set for Christmas, and it's got all the right disks. It was an incredible series, BTW.

I had trouble with DDD with Rocky and Bullwinkle(one of the discs would freeze). They told me to send the bad disc back.Weeks later still no response and then they told me to send them all back. Why didn't they say that to begin with?

I also e-mailed shoutfactory.com which are the distributors but no answer from them yet.

I just got the set today, but all my discs were correct. Try calling the toll-free number on the bottom of the box.

Good idea, I'll try that on Monday.
