Ergh! This is killing me!

I need some help with the name of a movie.

I've looked through my entire film library and nothing seems to ring a bell. I have a feeling that this is a well-known film, though.

What is the movie where:

Some tow-truck guy is about to tow a guy's car, and the guy runs out and threatens him (maybe with a gun or other weapon?). The tow truck guy looks at the guy, smirks, reaches into his shirt and halfway pulls out a giant revolver, then says something along the lines "Gimmie a break".

What the hell is this movie?!?!?!?! It's been killing me all night!

Ahhh... Is that right? The scene with D'onofrio...

Thank you very much. No wonder it didn't happen to click with me... I don't have that movie.

I was actually thinking Strange Days, but that makes more sense.
