it scrolls from the left to the right of the screen. it's barely noticable but I can see it. does anyone know what this is? does anyone have any possible fixes I can try? thank you for any help.

Might be an electrical ghost. Try a better power strip, or a different outlet. Make sure there's nothing close to the outlet like a refrigerator or microwave oven.

When I switched to my HDTV I get one rolling from bottom to top but only on cable so I live with it.
