Sony Wega HELP - Black and White Picture Through Cable Box
I hope somebody can help me with this. I just moved and after taking my 27" Wega (KV-27FS12) off the moving truck, I can't get it to display a stable picture through the digital cable box. I'm using a coax cable directly from the cable box to the back of the TV. The picture starts out in color and then, over about a second or two, fades to black and white. Then, the picture kind of pops and goes back into color only to repeat the process again and again.
Some other things that may help:
I tried three different cables and this happens with each. So I assume the cable is not the problem.
I plugged the cable into the back of another Sony Wega I have and everything is fine. So I assume the cable box is not the problem.
Using RCA outs from the cable box to the back of the TV does not cause this problem. So I assume the TV can display some pictures fine.
Thanks in advance! I hope somebody knows what's wrong.

Is it a digital cable box or a PVR box? That might be why the RCA cables work and the coax doesnt..I have had this type of problem before with my 27" wega so I just use an S-cable.

It's a digital cable box. I just tried it again and it still isn't working correctly, but it doesn't seem as bad as before. Oh well...I guess I'll just stick with what works, no big deal. Thanks for the help!
