$5 OFF Coupon for ALL Football games at Circuit City (OCT. STUFF MAG)

There is a coupon in the October issue of STUFF with $5 off Madden 2004, NFL Fever 2004, NFL Blitz Pro, ESPN Football or Gameday 2004 at Circuit City only.

It is at the end of an insert called "STUFF GAMER Videogame Guide". Good 9/1/03 - 12/31/03

Enjoy.

Thanks, but I guess unless you couldn't get the cashiers to accept them, the $5 BB gamer coupon is still better.

Hmmmm... perhaps if I think long enough about this, I could figure out why using a $5 coupon on a $49.99 football game at Best Buy is still better than using a $5 coupon on a $49.99 football game at Circuit City.

But I don't want to put in the time... plus after one particularly bad experience, I can't stand Circuit City, so the original hypothesis does not displease me in the first place.

For the record, this is the same insert/CC ad with coupon found in the October EGM and probably a few others, as well.

That's because you're not supposed to think that way. I was comparing the flexibility of the gamer coupon vs. the October football coupon. You can certainly use the gamer coupon to buy football games, or you can use it to buy any games (supposedly ) over $19.99. Hence the advantage goes to the gamer coupon. Not to mention you can use it at CC too if the cashiers would take it.
