I'm looking at getting the Mitsubishi 55413
Any pro's or cons with this model.
I do understand that it doesn't have the built in tuner for HDTV.
But I have Direct TV and I plan on buying the Tivo tuner with the HDTV tuner built in when they come out next year. I know that it does come with the new and cool "Net Connect" feature.
Any advice would be appreciated.....

IMO Net Command is overrated. Most components don't work with and it does nothing a good programable remote couldn't do. Yes it doen't come with a built in tuner and with you D* STB you don't really need it. However keep this in mind; with the 55513 with the built in tuner depending on where you live you might be able to get HD OTA and then you'll be able to do PIP with HD sources plus if you decide to buy a HD recorder you can watch one HD show while recording another in HD. Another plus is that only the built in tuner models come with firewire which may be needed with the next generation of HD DVD.
Having said all this, from the people who own this set and post over at HTS there haven't been any negative posts about it and everyone says the line doubler and stretch modes are much improved from previous years. The added ability to fine tune each color independently to remove red push on all inputs is a big plus. So it's really a matter if Firewire is worth it to you and can you use the additional HD tuner. I only wish I could trade up from my 2 year old model for this.

Thanks...I'll keep that in mind.
Mostly I'm looking for the best picture for the price!
I just bought the Direct TV 3 room package...and NFL ticket to get the 4 months of premeium channels for free.
I'v gone without cable for 2.5 years and I'm can't take it any more!!!!!!!
So I'm going crazy for the anticipation.
