Indy Menu shots!!
from this site as you can tell the shots aren't great but we get the idea. Not bad but I do think they could be better.
here's a quote form that same site
I've just been to a presentation of "The Indiana Jones Trilogy" and I have to say this is looking like one hell of a set. I don't want to go into details now, as I'm on battery power but here's a few tips:
The sound and picture on all three releases look absolutely stunning, completely unbelievable on the three clips we saw.
The extras on disk 4 also look breathtaking, the disk producers did their own digging into the archives to turn up a 2 hour documentary as well as the four smaller features that concentrate on the technical aspects of the film.
There is one slight mystery though, Jim Ward was asked a couple of times about the "bloopers" in the first film, a snake reflection in glass and a ramp during the truck dragging scene. Would they be on the disk ? He wouldn't answer directly, we'll have to buy the disk we where told.

I doubt it. How many people go into a video store asking, "'scuse me, do you have any copies of 'A New Hope'?"

This happened some time ago for the basic reason to show it's indiana jones connection. considering it doesn't make the sword man slash first, I can deal with it.

That is an invalid comparison, since the point he was making is that the title is Raiders of the Lost Ark, not Indiana Jones.

Star Wars will always be considered Star Wars... no matter what new titles/episode numbers Lucas decides to add to it.
Raiders will always be considered Raiders... no mater what the DVD cover says.

I'd like to take a shotgun to Kate, Rosie O'Donnell, and Rosie Perez.
Good think Kate has only acted like twice since she married Spielberg... thanks for sparing us Whiner Willie!

the whole R2 project site must've crashed because of posting the screenshots.. too much traffic to it's site.
you can see them here though:
http://www.dvdanswers.com/index.php?...2370&n=1&burl=
these are from the R2 discs though.. you can tell by the amount of subtitle and audio options.
the menus are decent. doesn't matter too much, really.. what's important is that R2 Project reported that the video quality on all three films looked outstanding!
can't wait!
