Interact S-video/AV System Selector $16 bucks at Kmart

Heads up, might want to check your local Kmart to see if they have any of these in, connects 5 different devices, includes labels for each system out as well as the Dreamcast, N64 and PSX. All for only 16 bucks.

Got mine from the Greenbelt , Maryland Kmart

If you do not need the S-video.....BB.com has a Mad Catz for $9.99. I may order this one...just need this for the kids room...tv...games etc.

It's a decent system selector... I got mine at BB for 15 bucks, as someone mentioned above. It's designed to look like a PS2. It comes with a plug, but you don't really need to plug it into the wall unless your going to use coax/RF input (and who really uses that nowadays?)

You can also use it and other passive (non electronic) switches as component video switches, though video only (you'll need to find another way to switch the sound). It's not designed to work that way, but it works fine.

If you are going to use them as component switches, you just get two of them, one to switch the video, and one to switch the audio. Buying two of those for $30 is still a heck of a lot cheaper than buying an actual component video switch.

I have the interact switcher. I use it to switch Component video. It works on 1080i - no noticable loss of quality.

Well, you can use a reciever to switch the audio as well. The only problem is that most component cables have audio cables that are tightly tied to the video cables. Of course, if you're just setting up an Xbox and a PS2 (and maybe a DVD player), you can use the optical out (assuming that you use component cables for video, you'll want the best audio anyway). The Gamecube doesn't have this...
