S-Video Question?
First of all my TV doesn't have S-Video but is there a special modulator (or something) to hook to my TV so I could have S-Video output?
The reason I ask is because I saw a RF Modulator (not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) at Walmart for TV's that don't have audio/video hook ups. It also had a S-Video hook up.

There are converts/adapters that will convert an s-video source to composite video (so you can attach s-video devices to a tv that doesn't have s-video inputs), but you will only get the composite video quality, so it is not really worth it, if you are looking to improve your signal quality.
This converts s-video to composite (rca):

If your TV only has a composite input, use that. As MadMonk says, there is no sense in buying an adaptor because you will not be improving the quality any.
