What Is Your Favorite "Weird Al" Yankovic album?

Mine would have to be Polka Party due to the amount of listenable songs and the lack of any real "album filler" that can be caught on most of the albums he releases nowadays.

From his debut album to Polka Party, the majority of his songs - his parodies and his originals - are all great.

Poodle Hat

I can't wait for the new album in May. Looking forward to the new Polka!

Even Worse because of Stuck In The Closet with Vanna White and a remake of a George Harrison song - This Song Is Just Six Words Long. Always Cool CD covers:

"Polka Party" had some great originals, but probably my least favorite group of parodies of his career. Up until "Bad Hair Day", I'd had all of Al's albums on tape, and "In 3-D" is the only tape I can recall by any artist that I listened to so much that it broke from overuse.

Oh, I love the parodies on Polka Party!. You've got Toothless People (parody of Ruthless People), Living With A Hernia (parody of Living in America), Here's Johnny (parody of Who's Johnny and Addicted to Spuds (parody of Addicted to Love). Each one is a total winner!

I agree with Even Worse. Fat, Stuck in a Closet with Vanna White, and ...Six Words Long are all classics, IMO. In fact, I just listened to this album in its entirety the other day in the background when I was doing work.

Hopefully Poodle Hat will be good as well in a few weeks.

"Off the Deep End" was a masterpiece in my opinion so I voted that.

Weird Al is amazing.

I have everyone of his albums in my collection and I've seen him in concert.

I can't wait for "Poodle Hat" in May 20th.

I haven't bought a new Weird Al album since I was like 15, but of the first ones I bought I still have a soft spot in my heart for 3-D, which I own a battered cassette to that's floating around somewhere...
