Help me remember this strange movie. American something
I dont remember everyhing about it but I think two brothers escaped from prison and took this family hostage but it turned out the family was sicker than them. They had like a prison in the basement with all kinds of freaks. Thats all I can remember.

Killers, or as i saw it labeled The Real Killers.
it was a low budget C movie. It had some interesting points though.
