HOLLYWOOD (Zap2it.com) – "I’ll be back," Arnold Schwarzenegger's line from the 1984 film "The Terminator," has been voted the best parting shot in movie history. The phrase topped a poll conducted by Odeon Cinemas in the UK to find the most popular pay-off.
Schwarzenegger's line "Hasta la Vista, baby", from the sequel "Terminator II: Judgment Day," also proved memorable scoring the fourth highest votes, reports the BBC.
Second in the survey was the classic line "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn", uttered by Rhett Butler to Scarlett O'Hara in "Gone With the Wind," while "Get busy, or get busy dying", delivered by Morgan Freeman in "Shawshank Redemption," was voted third favorite.
Other Top 10 lines include "Well, nobody's perfect!" from "Some Like it Hot"; "Dave, this conversation can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye," from "2001: A Space Odyssey"; "Goodbye Mr Bond" from "Goldfinger"; "I've seen things you wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in the rain ... Time to die," from "Bladerunner"; "Made it, Ma! Top of the world!" from "White Heat"; and "Forget about it!" from "Donnie Brasco."
I actually only remember # 1, 2, 4, 2001, & Goldfinger. But I agree, "I'll be back" should be #1.

They didn't even quote the Shawshank line correctly. Isn't it "Get busy livin' or get busy dyin'." "Get busy or get busy dying" sounds like some sort of sadistic threat.

Yipee-ki-ya mother****** --at the end of Die Hard 2 should be there, definitely.
But "Hasta la vista, baby" right before Ahnuld shoots the T-1000, may represent the ultimate "in-your-eye" action movie moment.

Reading the title of the thread, I thought #1 would be, "You're terminated, f**ker!", which I think is the better line.
How about, "Smile, you son of a bit*BOOM*!"
Honk!

WHO IS YOUR DADDY, AND WHAT DOES HE DO!?
YOU'RE A %&CKING CHOIR BOY COMPARED TO ME! A CHOIR BOY!
GET YOUR A$$ TO MARS!

Also my faves from AHNUL :
"What a hothead!" after torching a guy in "The running man", I believe.
"He had to split" referring to some other dude cut in half in "Commando" or "Raw Deal" Hmmm not sure.

It's probably Commando, since I remember that line and I probably only saw Raw Deal only once!

The Running Man has classic Arnold cheesy lines:
Amber: [after Richards cut Buzzsaw in half with a chain saw] What happened to Buzzsaw?
Ben Richards: He had to split.
Ben Richards: I live to see you eat that contract, but I hope you leave enough room for my fist because I'm going to ram it into your stomach and break your god-damn spine!
Damon Killian: You bastard! Drop dead!
Ben Richards: I don't do requests.

Commando has some good ones too:
[Matrix has thrown a pipe through Bennett]
Matrix: Let off some steam, Bennett.
Cooke: You scared mother******? Well you should be because this green beret is going to kick your ass.
Matrix: I eat green berets for breakfast. And right now I'm very hungry.
Matrix: [after killing a man in the plane] Don't disturb my friend, he's dead tired.
Sully: Here's twenty dollars to get some drinks in Val Verde. It'll give us all a little more time with your daughter.
Matrix: You're a funny man, Sully, I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last.
Matrix: Remember, Sully, when I promised to kill you last?
Sully: That's right, Matrix. You did!
Matrix: I lied.

I nominate Arnold as the #1 actor/actress in speaking the most memorable /cheesy? lines in movies. I don't think any actor/actress comes close.
It's too bad every movie he has done since 'True Lies' has been bad! He's still one of my favorite actors (not one of the best actors), but I'll be there opening weekend for Terminator 3 (Terminator 2 is my favorite movie of all time).
