What a week for CD releases - first we get the remaining Uncle Tupelo CD's released. The Minus 5 puts out a great album in Down with Wilco, and both the White Stripes and the Black Keys release simply terrific CD's.

For those of you not familar with the Black Keys, I recommend checking them out - a two man act from Akron Ohio which has a sort of Jimmy Hedrix blues/rock sound. Dirty, but not like Sonic Youth, just a little with the guitar. Their first album the Big Come Up was great, but this album, thickfreakness is in my opinion twice as good.

Im curious as to whether anyone here are fans of the Keys, and what your take on the disc might be.
