Funniest movie moment that wasn't supposed to be funny.
An example, John Leguezamo in Romeo and Jelliet doing his "audition" for the next John Woo movie. (at the begining at the gas station), I always get a laugh every time I see that part.

The sound that Jim Bowie (Richard Widmark) makes when he gets stabbed in The Alamo.

In AOTC, when Annakin and Padme are about to kiss for the first time, the music rises in crescendo, she suddenly turns away and says "No", and the music cuts out completely.
The entire audience roared with laughter. Then again, it could have been Lucas's dialog...

The scene in "Total Recall" where Quaid (Arnie) throws the robotic ladies head at the guard and it explodes.
I lose it every time i hear her say "Get ready for a suprise" and then the head blows up.

In Gangs of New York, when the immigrants are getting off the ship and one of the locals throws a rock at a woman and hits her right on the side of the head. I was cracking up!

Ok this will sound really wrong but a friend and I went to go see that POS film Freejack in the theater year and years ago and there is some part where the bad guy are talking to some nun and then smacks her. We both start to laugh being it was just soooooo B grade cheese to have the bad guy hit a nun.. I mean was there no other way to show "that is a bad guy"? errrrrr but no one else laughed...

I’m sure this was meant to be funny in an off hand way, but:
The scene in Kiss of the Dragon where Tchéky Karyo opens his desk drawer and there’s a little tortoise that he keeps on its back for his own villainous amusement. Genius!
Otherwise: Lando’s scream when the Sarlacc gets his ankle in Return of the Jedi.

A couple of Michael Douglas classics...
The scene w/ the bunny in Fatal Attraction is so ludicrous, so telegraphed and so absurd...you've just got to laugh at it. Anne's scream reminds me of Nathan Arizona's wife when she first sees that Nathan Jr. is gone.
Even better than that, is the sight of Douglas hauling Melanie Griffith's fat ass toward the Swiss border as Nazis snipe at him in Shining Through. He looks like Mike Alstott rumbling for the goal line. (Except he doesn't drop her

Yeah that one was hilarious. So was the scene when he's talking to Padme at night in her room confessing his love for her. When he said "i wish i could just, wish away my feelings" the whole theater erupted in laughter.

The part in Bourne Identity when Matt Damon first realizes his special powers, hilarious.
Any scene that has the "Wilhelm" scream cracks me up (Two Towers being the most recent).

AOTC - any scene with Padme and Anakin, especially the whole outdoor picnic sequence. Hayden I could care less about, but Natalie Portman is a decent actress in my opinion, even great at times (Professional, Beautiful Girls), but damn if these movies aren't ruining her.
Of course, my disappointment over that was drowned by my hysterical laughter at those scenes.
