I grew up with these characters and really liked, and still like, the first movie.

I know that John Woo was thinking of doing a CGI Turtles movie but I believe that's currently shelved. But with a new Turtles show debuting on Fox on Febuary, the old movies hitting dvd, and even new figures and toys hitting stores now, I'm wondering if the Turtles craze is being ressurected and that they may revisit the silver screen again. Anyone know if there are any rumors to make a fourth movie (or brand new one, whether it's CGI or live action)?

I think the project was dropped, or atleast shelved.

I heard about a CGI movie a while back but that, as the previous poster said, has been shelved.

But all is not lost. The Turtles are set to return this Febuary in a new television series. The series is being made by the same people who make the Jackie Chan Adventures series. The character design is also closer to the original Eastman and Laird black and white comic books.

The new Turtles are set to debut on Fox Kids.
