Happy 111th Birthday, J.R.R. Tolkien! He would be Eleventy One January 3.

If I weren't already partying for the Ohio State Buckeyes in the National Championship Game I would probably throw Old man Tolkien a birthday party.

Unfortunately for JRR, tomorrow is his 111th birthday but he doesn't possess a ring of power. Therefore, he is dead. Happy birthday anyways, even though you're dead JRR Tolkien!
