Suggestion for using LOTR spoilers...

Too often I've highlighted a spoiler I thought would be from FOTR and/or TTT, but ended up spoiling something from ROTK. I think that from now on, when mentioning a spoiler from a certain movie, we should put in ()'s which movie/book it's spoiling. Anyone aggreed? Maybe put this as a note on top of the forum?

Thank you CKMorpheus for having some common sense. Too many people have written spoilers for Return of the King.

Well, the title of Return of the King is pretty much a spoiler itself, eh?

Yes, it is. That doesn't mean any more of the story should be spoiled.

My Daughter spoiled the end of ROTK for herself, we have a book called "A Guid to Middle Earth" and she was flipping pages through it... I figured it would be alright since it is kind of like a Tolkien dictionary (heck I am just glad that she loves reading)... suddenly she blurts out

Spoiler:
"Gollum bites off Frodo's finger"

I jumped across the room and grabbed the book from her... and swore her to secrecy that she wouldn't tell her other sister or any of her friends at least not till after ROTK comes out.

Some stupid assclown on another message board blurted out the ending in a thread about TTT. I thought it was a sarcastic reply, because he said something like
Spoiler:
what spoiler? gollum bites frodo's finger off then falls into Mount Doom
He didnt like the movie so he though spoiling it for the rest of the thousands of other poeple on the message board would make him feel better. People like that piss me off...
