- Defeated Darth Maul (sure, it was a fluke but Maul was all brawn and no brains)
- Stalemated With Jango Fett (plus, eluded Slave I's full offensive which makes Obi just as good a pilot)
- Defeated the Acklay (OK, I'm showing off my Star Wars geekiness)
- Lost to Count Dooku (but still could elude Dooku's force lightning, unlike Anakin and Luke in ROTJ)
- Sliced off Zam Wesell's hand in AOTC and Ponda Baba's arm in ANH with one swift stroke (Geek Alert!)
- Stalemated with Vader in ANH (Vader didn't win; Obi just made sure Luke and company escaped and anyway Obi-Wan DID become more powerful than even Vader could imagine)
- Will be a hero of The Clone Wars in Ep III as a General
Luke
- Survived Vader in ESB (but barely) and beat Vader in ROTJ
- Defeated the Rancor in ROTJ
- Stalemated with Boba Fett in ROTJ (it was Han Solo who actually "beat" Boba)
I hope I got everything. I think Obi-Wan wins.

actually, jango was the one fleeing from obi-wan so it wasn't a stalemate. obi-wan took away all of jango's technology in that fight. jango needed his kid to fire blasters at obi-wan for jango just to stay in the fight. all in all, obi-wan was powered down in Ep.2. the obi-wan form Ep.1. would of gave dooku a better fight before losing.
