Is it even possible to answer this question?
That being said, "Just Don't Bite It" by N.W.A is much raunchier than either of those tracks. That's the first track that popped into my head when I read the thread title, but I'm sure there's plenty of tunes raunchier than that one as well. I just can't think of 'em right now.

Of course, Spinal Tap itself is a joke band making fun of those types of songs, so I don't know if that song would even count.
, Prince has some good ones. Erotic City comes to mind. But these, too, are pretty tame when compared to what I imagine is out there.
