So, I took my girl to the concert for an early anniversary gift.

Random Thoughts

• Place was pretty packed. I wouldn't say it was sold out, but close.

• Nikki was HOT and sounded pretty good, and I am not a big fan of hers.

• Ejay had long blonde dreadlocks, and he looked and sounded terrible.

• Jim actually sounded pretty good, but he was still outclassed by the best of the best.

• Justin sounded better live than he did on tv.

• Ryan sounded horrible. And she looked like a cheap tramp to boot.

• The concert format was:
Countdown 10-1, each person doing one song.
Intermission
Group performances mixed with solos (Kelly and Justin performed the most times)

Biggest Pops
1.Kelly-This actually surprised me. Damn, the whole crowd loved this girl. She could do no wrong.
2.Justin
3.RJ
4.Nikki-This surprised me as well.

Best Performances
1.Kelly-"Respect"-The crowd was ROCKING.
2.Group-Motown-Awesome.
3.Nikki-"Take Another Piece of my Heart"-She was awesome.

Overall, not a bad show. The concert ran about 2:45, but actual performance time was closer to 2:15. Tickets were about $28 each, so I would say it was definitely worth it if you are a fan of the show.

Tamyra was just meh. Didn't sound particularly good or bad. Had one solo I believe. Her voice never "wowed" me as much as others. I just find Kelly's much more dynamic. But anywhoo, there you go. She did look pretty hot though .

I am soooo in love with Kelly right now.

I just say the Diary of her on MTV. She is just the normal everyday down-to-earth girl, great looks, great personality. I just want to meet her, give her a hug, and slap her ass. That is all.
