Techno Music DVD's????
I was wondering if there are any GOOD techno music DVD's out there. I know Moonshine Music has there line, and their newest, REcreate is in 5.1
Are there any others that are worth getting????

a disc entitled "Sound and Motion Vol.1" has a great collection of videos from the Chemical Brothers, Crystal Method, Fatboy Slim, Prodigy, Goldie, Photek, Talvin Singh and Deep Dish, to name a few. 5.1 sound isn't demo quality, but it's decent.
While strictly techno, ART OF NOISE "Into Vision" was also just released.

Sadly, when at one point promised a U.S. release, Orbital's "The Altogether" is now only available as an import (Region 2). So, if you are Region free I strongly recommend this disc.
I also recommend Daft Punk's "Dogs, Androids, Firemen,Tomatos"

I agree with a previous poster, the Sound & Motion disc is pretty cool. I also have another one called "Better Living Thru Circuitry" which is basically a documentary of the party scene. It has lots of footage with interviews of well known artists like Frankie Bones, etc. Check it out...

MJK, I haven't seen the disc you are talking about, but it sounds interesting. My question is, what kind of footage is on there? The reason I ask is that the GU series of cd's are NOT mixed live on location as one might think, but are done in studio, mainly with ProTools, etc. Just curious...

The DVD has those two young guys who own the Global Underground label interviewing Sasha, Anthony Papa, Nick Warren, Dave Seaman, Darren Emerson. Maybe some more, I forget
It has a brief look inside the clubs over seas. Its not really a "music" dvd like I said, but rather a collection of interviews of some of the big DJ's and a look inside the Global Underground label and its two young founders.

Oh hell, I'll fourth the Underworld: Everything, Everything DVD. Besides being a live concert (actually a compilation of concerts), it has Tomato Art animation. You have the choice of watching the live footage or the animation while you listen to the music.
