Post your favorite dance / house music!

Did a search and found nothing.

I am interested in who are your favorite dance / house artists.
If you have certain songs you really likie, list them as well.

Mine are:

Terra Skye - Is this Love
Robin Fox - I see stars
Miss Jane - I do both Jay and Jane
Gillette - Sex Tonight
Raquel - In a dream

Any other female artists that are worth checking out?

"Miss Kitten" - she did an absolutely killer mix album for the British monthly mag Muzik a few month's back, by far the best promo CD this year!

Also, I really didn't understand the question: favourite dance/house music (genre)? Song or album? Artist or dj? Female or male? This came across as an open ended question.

I've been a dance music freak for about 12 years, so I don't know where to begin. My favorite tune of all time is:
Slo Moshun - Bells Of New York (Xen Mantra's Beefy Bells Mix)
This came out in 94 so it might be hard to find, but it is worth it. I love the way the horns were cut up for the remix, and the incredible breakdown spawned a ton of copycat records.
As for tunes from the last year or so, here are some of my standouts:

Kid Vicious - Contagious (Lemon8 Remix)
Dark Globe & Boy George - Auto Erotic (Cass & Slide Remix)
Utah Saints - Lost Vagueness (Oliver Lieb Vocal)
Underworld - 2 Months Off (King Unique Sunspots Vox Mix)
Bug - So What (Commie Remix)
Chris & James - The Future

I thought house and dance were the same thing What are the artists / songs I listed above considered?

Song or album?

Song or album it doesn't matter. Anything that falls under the category and sounds good The more the better. So, if an album is good, post it up. Can never have enough dance / house music

Artist or dj?
Did not know there was a difference. What is the difference?

I'll take a guess:

Artist - Sings (song has vocals)
DJ - No vocals, just a beat Taking a big guess on this.

But, an artist is someone who makes music so a DJ can be considered an artist

If that is true, then I am more into the artists, female ones at that.

Female or male?
I prefer female since they usually sound sooooooo HOTT when the beat is right, but I'm up for anything since it's all free

This came across as an open ended question.
Sorry, for the confusion. Hope that clears things up.
