Does anyone know if the upcoming Beck tour with the Flaming Lips will be limited to mainly acoustic songs from one foot....,mutations, and sea change or if it will be a show focusing on all of his work.

I know that the lips will be backing him up but im not sure if he is just touring in support of sea change. Im hoping that this will be a full scale show (with songs from odelay, vultures etc.)

He is just wrapping up an acoustic tour and said that the fall tour is going to be the loud/Midnite Vultures type of tour. Either way Beck is excellent live. I caught him in Scottsdale, AZ and it was a great show.

Well Beck has just announced the first leg of the fall tour:

I've seen him live twice, once on Midnite Vultures tour and recently on the acoustic tour. Both shows were excellent. Good setlists, tasteful improv and Beck is actually very funny live.

I'm a big fan of the Flaming Lips, but haven't seen them live though I have heard they are very good.

Apparently, the Lips are going to do their set to open and then they will be Beck's backup band for his set.
