Music Cover Chain Game

Its pretty simple. Someone starts and names a band and a song they've covered. Then you take the original band and post a song they covered.

EX: In Flames covered Eye Of The Beholder by Metallica
Metallica covered Die Die Die My Darling by The Misfits

and so on and so on...

I'll start: Cradle Of Filth covered Hallowed Be Thy Name by Iron Maiden...

Bobby Freeman released an album called "C'mon And S-w-i-m" on which there is a track by the name of Lucille.

I suppose this is unlikely to be a cover of the BB King tune but....
.... given the style and era, it may be a cover of the (Collins & Penniman penned) hit that Little Richard sang....

even more likely, I may simply be clutching at straws!

Might be wrong; might be right. I suspect that site is only as good as the people that voluntarily send it info.

Garbage in garbage out

Someone needs to buy the disc and listen to the song.... if my guess is right we can update that covers site!

Of course!

While I deliberately clicked through to CDNow from another site when I was researching this their (affiliate?) link wasn't to the page with the samples! Searching CDNow properly I see the album I'd named above with more comprehensive details and there seem to be several covers thereon....

.... to get back on topic:-

Little Richard covered "I Saw Her Standing There" by the Beatles.
