I'm after a Rock Star Autobiography with lots of juicy stuff in it

BEST: "Crazy from the Heat" - David Lee Roth (that guy was, and still is, one crazy dude)

runners-up to both "The Dirt" and Gene Simmons' book (I forgot the title)

Did Henry Rollins have anything to do with this book (ghost write it or something)? On a couple of different sites, when I search for Rollins books, this one comes up. I know he's a Van Halen (not Van Hagar) fan.
