There will probably be many listed here that will suddenly force me to go - DOH! But off the top of my head right now, I want this one like yesterday:

Pulse and A Show of Hands have already been released.
And yes they are legal.
The Pulse one was recalled though by Sony/Columbia due to a disk error.
Show of Hands is a Brazilian release region 0
And yes it is legal.

As for the list:
Delicate Sound of Thunder - Pink Floyd
Live ****-Binge and Purge - Metallica
Special From The Spectrum - Dio
World Wide Live - Scorpions

Cant think of any others just yet but I'm sure there are some other good concerts that don't have DVD releases yet.

Prodigy @ the Ten Spot "Brixton Academy"
Radiohead "NYC Show"

Hey I was young then and the concerts were pretty awesome. Sure, you don't think so now, but in 1988.....

1. Rush - Grace Under Pressure
2. Rush - Exit Stage Left
3. The Police - Synchronicity Concert
4. Pink Floyd Pulse
5. Rush - A Show Of Hands

All I ask for is a pure PCM track like the lasers...if there is a DD 5.1 track that is cool...but I really want a PCM track...

Some say bootleg,but whatever.
Just goto Floyd messageboards and look around, you'll see they are official.

The Pink Floyd thing is a VCD, but at least it wouldn't get eaten by a VCR. And of it was mastered correctly, it should have great sound.

My list:

Live After Death - Iron Maiden
A Show of Hands and Exit State Left - Rush
Dio - Sacred Heart tour (forget exact name)
KISS - Destroyer tour in Houston 1977. There's never been an official release, but there's a great pro-shot bootleg, so there must be a master somewhere.
Doors - Live at the Hollywood Bowl

I can't think of any concerts (at least, none that have been released) I care to see that much, but there are some music related I want:

The Decline of Western Civilization I (#1 or #2 on my most wanted list--I have a self recorded VHS of this one, that's it).

Also would like:
Urgh, A Music War (not likely, I think)
The Who: The Kids Are Alright (could happen)
X: The Unheard Music (will never happen)

Iron Maiden- Live After Death (The legitimacy and quality of the version released in Brazil is still questionable at this point)

Smashing Pumpkins-Vieuphoria
