Questions about music piracy
Is it legal to make copies of audio CDs that are owned by other family members in my house? Is that still classed as non-public performance?

if they are owned by other people in your house, you need to get there right to copy it, then you can not own it, since they own the original, they would own the copy of it as there back up of it. You can not have a back up copy of it unless you own the material.

What are the laws on 'borrowing' CDs? And am I breaking the law by hearing pirated music being played by someone else?
Where can I find this kind of info on the internet. Everything I find tells of how bad pirating is, but doesn't explain the details of what is classed as illegal, particularly with music. (Games are as simple as reading the licence agreement apon installation).
