I really don't like McFarlain's toys. They look pretty in the package, but they're really worthless once you take them out.
I bought his Alice Cooper figure for five bucks at an outlet mall toy store. Looks really neat.
I get it home, open up the package, and try to put it together.
First problem: the guillotine won't stay together. There's nothing to hold the neck brace up.
Second problem: it's impossible to get the Alice figure to stand up on it's own. It leans forward too far and just tips over. No way to hold him onto his little stage base.
So finally, I just super-glued the whole thing together like a model kit. Doesn't look too bad. I put the sword in his hand and glued the severed head into the basket, glued the hat on his head, and glued the cane and crutch onto the stage.
