McCartney CD's unavailable in America
I was trying to replace a copy of Wild Life and I was told that the earlier McCartney albums are no longer available on CD in the U.S. I wound up getting an import version.
Some of them are still out there ( Ram, Band On The Run, McCarntey) but many others (namely Wild Life, Venus and Mars, Back To The Egg, London Town, Red Rose Speedway, At The Speed of Sound, McCartney II, Press to Play and Flowers In The Dirt) are only out as "import". The "good news" is that they are still readily available, they contain alot of bonus tracks and are priced as domestics.

I'm not sure about the other albums you mentioned, but Flowers in the Dirt is still available domestic, without the bonus tracks. CD Now has it, and I even saw it at Costco last month, unless it's going OOP.
