I have placed a couple of orders with Second Spin (~ 20 CDs total) and have been happy with them (I have never used djangos or thecdexchange). The one thing I don’t like about them (secondspin) is that it is next to impossible to browse categories, there are so many CDs you have to wade through pages of junk to find something interesting.
You can browse categories by price, though. So, for example, you can browse for soundtracks under $3. To browse by price, leave the search box blank and hit “go”, this will take you to the advanced search engine.
If you are going to place an order with Secondspin, here are a few CDs that I have listed to quite a bit, well worth the money (and don't dismiss them based off of the names, check out the tracks):
I Know What You Did Last Summer soundtrack ($1.99): http://www.secondspin.com/buy/musdtl...at%20you%20did
Songs in the Key of X (X-Files soundtrack) ($2.99):
http://www.secondspin.com/buy/musdtl...in%20the%20key
Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls soundtrack ($0.99)
http://www.secondspin.com/buy/musdtl...&searchfor=VHS
Games Rednecks Play (Jeff Foxworthy, comedy) ($2.99)
http://www.secondspin.com/buy/musdtl...ff%20foxworthy

There's also www.spun.com. Purchase prices are probably a little higher than secondspin, but about the same as djangos. Have always been happy with the quality of their material, but their used prices are higher than what I'd pay for in local b&m's.

I've never had any problems getting stuff from www.half.com. My method of getting cds from them is this:
1.Find the cd you want and see that it is as close to 10$ as possible without being less. A lot of people have cds for exactly 10$.
2.Add a 5 off 10 coupon for new users.
3.Place order.
4.Remove credit card from your account.
5.Re-register with a different email adress.
6.Repeat
Even if you don't want to do this slightly unethical method, i feel half.com is a really good source for used cds.

Ya i use Half.com quite a bit. I have re registered 3 times I think to take advantage of the coupon hehe. I didn't realize djangos had an online store. They have a store in the town I used to live in (Portland, OR) but the prices weren't all that great.
Thanks for the suggestions!
