It's probably a bootleg cart from Asia, I remember hearing about them back in the 80's. I wonder what eBay's policy is on bootlegs of items no longer in production.

Looks like a multicart to me. There are lots of them for the Atari. They just have lots of games on one bootleg cart.

Great idea. Nintendo whould do this and make a few bones.
