Hook up question, Sega CD2 32X to component plugs?

I was wondering if there was ever a cord to plug in the Sega CD2 32X monstrosity to the y/w/r AV inputs like on the front of a VCR? All I've got is the old RF one.

tks

I don't know why the cable was mono when the Genesis was perfectly capable of outputting stereo sound.

I used to use an old C64 monitor cable hooked up through the port on the front of the Genny to get the video, and then stereo sound through headphone->RCA converters.
