Bluelight.com's exchange policy - "There isn't one"

Not sure if it has been posted yet, but I just wanted everyone to know that Bluelight.com's return policy really sucks!

I purchased 2 items w/ the tax7 code, a PS2 game and Spartacus: CC. To my surprise, they appeared in my mailbox barely 48 hours after placing my order.
To my dismay, both items were damaged in shipping, not the discs themselves, but the cases were destroyed.
I called a CSR and asked about their return policy.
First of all, she said there is "no possible way for them to do a replacement." "All we can do is give you store credit for it, no matter what's wrong with it."
I asked, first of all, what to do if their B&M store didn't have it, to which she said, just order it on the internet.
Then, I asked what to do about my coupon, ie., how do I get the same coupon prices if they will only give me store credit.
Her reply, "we'll have to do an investigation and make sure the coupon is still valid". I told her it shouldn't matter, since I ordered the discs BEFORE the coupon expired, and it wasn't my fault the package arrove in such poor condition. She said all I could do was place my order, then call a CSR, and ask for an investigation, so that I "might possibly" get the coupon re-applied.
Now I don't know about you, but it seems like a hell of a lot of work to get some cases replaced! I know they're just cases, but if they want to get any sort of collectors to shop at their store, they need an easier method of exchange. To refuse to simply swap out an item for another identical item is absurd.
A real shame, too, because I was looking forward to shopping there more, with their great coupons, decent pricing, and incredible delivery time.
Now, it'd have to be a GREAT deal to get me to shop there.
