Found this about two weeks ago and there is very little mention of it on this forum, so i thought with any luck we could get soem early thoughts and rumors about Blueshift!

Here is the official link:
http://sierrastudios.com/games/hl-blueshift/

I for one feel a little burned because i bought opposing force in december for 19.99 and now its going to be included free with Halflife Blue Shift. And what is all the High definition talk on the webpage, wasn't that just the last update?? You can't really pitch it as a bonus if you can download it for free anyway! haha.

Anyway, Rumors? Thoughts? Anything you've heard?

My thoughts are that Blue Shift is gonna be awesome.

The High Definition Pack hasn't been released on the internet. It will update EVERY SINGLE weapon for Half-Life, Op Force, and Blue Shift to the new, much more detailed models. The enemies and friendlies will look better, too. And it will just be great.

Well i'm a big Half-life fan. i was bummed about the ending of Opposing forces compared to the original (see other thread about crappy endings)

this sounds interesting indeed.

well i bet the man in the suit shall come again and screw you in the end.

i did enjoy freeman's story. i wonder what happened afterwards. now they need the perspective of a scientist.

I wish they would have expanded on the ending of Opposing forces though.
