Where?!! They don't have one under their Help link. It seems as though they have rigged their service to make it impossible for you to put in a complaint.
I am on my 3rd copy or ROCKY and it is defective. I do not want to continue this process till dooms day. Clearly, this title will not play on my SD-1600 or SD-5109. I need a refund or an exchange for a copy that WILL work.
