Well I ordered a stupid mug from them, which sold for $9.99 and was supposed to get a $19.99 rebate. The order was placed on January 5th, 2001. two weeks later, I received my item, made a copy of the receipt and sent it in for the rebate with the UPC, etc... Over the last few months, I kept checking their site which said my rebate would be sent out sometime in April (was still listed for a $19.99 rebate.)

The receipt that came with my order said:

9.99 Mug
0.00 Shipping
0.00 Tax
----------------
9.99 Sub-Total
19.99 Rebate
(10.00) Total

Today I get a check from Cyberrebate for $9.99, and not $19.99. I called to complain and they tell me "it was an error made on our website which has since been corrected."

My brother once ordered a movie from them for $89 and received a $99 rebate.

Has this happened to anyone else, or am I the only one getting the shaft? What do you think I can do about this?

I know their company has become shady but this was back in January before they jacked up their prices, etc... Oh well..
