I ordered some DVD (about 4/3) from their monthly Anime Deal but I haven't seen a thing. I keep sending them emails asking about the status of my order but I don't get any replys. Has anyone ordered from them and received their order? Does anyone know a customer service number?

It takes them awhile to get the shipments out. Took mine almost 9 weeks before it got to me. So I wouldn't worry much.

I ordered from them recently as well. I had problems placing the order initially and then after it was placed, I tried emailing them with no reply. I was happy to see that after 4 or 5 weeks, the DVDs showed up at my house!

Glad to see I'm not the only one still waiting, I did notice that they charged my credit card, but I've yet to see the DVD get here.

ADV does not answer their emails actually. If your card has been billed then it should have shipped to you. Unless it's just been authorized by ADV.

They do not have a cust. serv. number. From my understanding they just do this for DVD's that they have a lot of stock for.

Anyone got the URL for their monthly sales?
