OK, I just bought Tony Hawk Pro Skater for $9.99 at the local Target for the Dreamcast. So far I have 29 tapes. The last tape that is absolutely driving me crazy is the hidden tape for San Francisco.
I've tried the area where there is a quarter-pipe on the side of a building that you have to use to jump to a ledge on the side of a building. From there you go up the ledge up to the big ramp. The problem is that I can only make it onto the ledge about 5% of the time, and when I do make I either fall off the ledge on the way to the ramp or if I'm able to jump off the ramp, I always end up going just to the right or to the left of the tape.
I've tried the method of jumping on the fountain in the park and then jumping up to the ledge beside the building, but I can't seem to do that either. Overall, I've tried four different methods and I still am not able to make it to the tape. Can anyone offer any suggestions? This thing is really driving me crazy.

OK, I'm an idiot. Every walkthrough and FAQ that I looked at suggested to jump to the fountain from the quarter-pipe on the street. However, the fountain "entrance" was low enough that I could just jump right up to it without using the quarter-pipe. It was simple as pie after that.
